Perched on a hill overlooking the ocean this corner site presented the opportunity to develop a broader street presence and greater expression of building form.  A collaboration of  passions for the ocean from designer through client and builder developed into a nautical inspired home complete with its own ships bow balcony providing a “Titanic” experience as you enjoy the expansive outlook to the ocean.
