Rear strata lots with significant views from upper floor levels only can present challenges to conceiving a solution that provides for the view and connects with the outdoor living spaces. The approach here was to encourage interaction between the ground level garden, swimming pool and entertaining spaces with the upper floor balcony and living zones.
