Wonderfully located with north facing views of one of the many riverside park lands of Perth, the project managing owners were keen to continue the aesthetic of the mid-century styled existing residence and continue the period’s design philosophy of bringing the outside in. The design approach was to open up outlook to the park lands and encourage a sense that the outdoor spaces of the home extended into the park while maintaining a level of privacy.
